Founded by Nicholas Mouskondis in 1939, Nicholas and Company is a family-owned and operated food distribution business that supplies food to a variety of restaurants on the west coast of the United States.
I primarily designed deliverables used for the Nicholas & Company’s trade shows, publications, clients, and various internal projects. Additionally, I worked with small restaurant owners to design menus and signage.

Every year, Nicholas and Company participated in a variety of trade shows and even hosted their own food supply convention. Their annual Big Show is their largest event of the year. I was asked to design printed décor pieces for the convention floor as well as invitations, recipes, maps, and other printed materials.

FoodTrends Magazine
FoodTrends is a quarterly magazine written, designed, and distributed by Nicholas and Company’s marketing team. This project was always a blast to work on because I was able to flex my creative juices by coming up with content, writing it, designing it, and reviewing the end results with the team as well as our on-staff food professionals.

Annual Vendor Summit
Nicholas and Company holds an annual Vendor Summit in Park City, Utah to bring together vendors. In 2017 I created the invitation and supplemental design assets that explain the agenda as well as how to get to the resort.
